All orders will be shipped with USPS unless otherwise requested. 9 to 5 Gay Pins does not take responsibility for any damage or lost packages but will help in any missing mail requests, as long as notified within 30 days. We have been told by USPS after 30 days they are limited and are not guaranteed to accept the ticket.

In hand items will normally ship within 1-2 business days.

Presale/Production items: will vary based on the unique item and can be shipped several months after the order has been placed.

When combining orders overpayments greater than $0.50 are refunded. Orders that are fulfilled in seperate shipments will not qualify for shipping refunds if there is an overage. However, you will not be asked to pay more if shipping is greater than what you paid.
